Rock in Rio will make its United States debut next spring.

The popular Brazil-based festival will come stateside May 8-9 and May 15-16, 2015, when it hits Las Vegas.

The dual-weekend festival will separate artists by genre, with rock acts playing the first, followed by pop acts the second. Headliners include Metallica, Linkin Park, No Doubt and Taylor Swift, and the full line-up will be announced in January.

“Rock in Rio will build a permanent open air venue,” said the festival organizer in a release.  Built on the MGM property in Las Vegas, “The City of Rock will be equipped to receive 85,000 people per day. The festival will feature six stages, streetscapes representing Brazil, U.S.A. and the U.K., a Ferris wheel, a zip line and a VIP area.”

General admission two-day passes are $295, while a single-day VIP comes in at $495 per day with tickets available via Ticketmaster . VIP gusts have access to a special viewing area, open bar and gro9umet catering.
