99Rock Music News:  Rancid Announces New Album ‘Honor is All We Know’

It appears as though Tim Armstrong was able to carve out some time to from his ongoing Tim Timebomb and Friends project to record a new album with his Rancid bandmates.

The Berkeley, Calif., punk band has announced their eighth studio album, Honor Is All We Know.

Produced by Bad Religion and Epitaph Records founder, Brett Gurewitz, the new 14-track album was recorded in Los Angeles at Red Star Studios and The Boat, a studio owned by Red Hot Chili Peppers‘ Flea, known for its resemblance to beached double-decker houseboat with its porthole-style windows.

Album release date has not been announced yet.
