Maybe you’re a massive Red Hot Chili Peppers fan looking to buy a house in the Los Angeles area — oh, and you’re loaded, too.

If so, the band’s notorious bass player Flea is selling his estate in the city’s Griffith Park area for just under $7 million.

According to Curbed Los Angeles, the property is packed with local history. It was built in 1925 by Van Griffith, the son of Griffith J. Griffith, the original benefactor for nearby Griffith Park, home to all sorts of attractions, including the Griffith Observatory and popular outdoor concert venue, the Greek Theatre.
The .78-acre location is loaded with amenities, such as a saltwater swimming pool and a loggia with an outdoor fireplace. The main house features four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and even a speakeasy. The guest house was recently remodeled, with two bedrooms and a wood-burning fireplace.
